At Shionne Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade jewelry
purchase. If for any reason you're not, please review our return policy below.
**Eligibility for Returns**
We accept returns within 14 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item
must meet the following criteria:
1. **Unworn and Undamaged**: The jewelry must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged
condition.
2. **Original Packaging**: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any
jewellery boxes, pouches, or other packaging materials.
**How to Initiate a Return**
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. **Contact Us**: Reach out to our customer support team by email at
info@shionnedesigns.com. Please provide your order number and details about the item you
wish to return.
2. **Return Authorization**: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number
and instructions for returning the item.
3. **Pack and Ship**: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include the RA
number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer
support team.
**Return Shipping Costs**
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there
was an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the
safe return of your item.
**Refunds**
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your
original method of payment. Please allow some time for the refund to reflect in your account, as
processing times may vary.
**Exchanges**
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the
return process as described above and place a new order for the replacement item.
**Custom Jewellery**
Please note that custom-made jewelry is not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a
defect in craftsmanship. We will work with you to address any quality issues promptly.
